The word craft can be defined as ‘an activity involving skill in making things by hand’. The garden, the workshop, the studio, the brewery – all these places house great collaborations between highly skilled people and plants. Think furniture making, cooking, wine making, weaving, dyeing etcetera. As usual, the connections are endless.
