Emily Sia Lian Wong is a graduate landscape architect, designer and writer. Her interests lie in cross-disciplinary design, contemporary landscape theory, speculative futurism and architectural fictions. She is particularly drawn to the minimalism of Nordic landscape architecture, the wilderness of the terrain vague and the ominous, toxic beauty of mining sites.
Emma is a freelance writer from western NSW. She began her editorial career at Rural Press where she covered all the usual suspects: news, sport and weather. From there she moved to Universal Magazines before returning to Dubbo, where she lives with a ginger cat and an excitable staffy. She likes to write about food, family and place.

You might know Fabian Capomolla as the Hungry Gardener. His passion is food and gardens, and in particular, where the two meet. He hasn’t got qualifications as a plant nerd, and is useless with Latin botanical names, however he does love plants, and more so, plants you can eat.
Freya Latona is a Byron Bay raised, now Sydney based writer. She is represented by Curtis Brown literary agency, and has a PhD in creative writing. Her memoir about grief was recently shortlisted for the Finch Memoir Prize 2017. She lives in a tiny workers’ cottage with her fella and two rescue pups.
Jessica Johnson and Jorja Boon-Kriesel are Gal Dente, an adventurous foodie duo from Sydney.
